"Might & Magic Heroes VI" has been released for Windows, Mac, and Linux on October 18th, 2013. Although Konami requested that all use of the mark be canceled on August 7, 2012, they also asked that the case be resubmitted under a new filing date of November 10, 2012. On November 14, 2012 USPTO re-submitted their case based upon another complaint being filed earlier by Konami. Konami filed a response to the USPTO request on November 24, 2012. On June 16, 2013, a settlement was submitted between Konami and Quantic Dream. Konami agreed to drop their claim on all trademarks associated with "Silent Hill" and "". As part of this agreement they also dropped their claims against use of the word "Searchlight", a name for a trademark owned by Quantic Dream.
On June 14, 2013, Konami filed another complaint against use of the names "Maze" and "Killzone" that had been registered by SimBin Software in 2003 and 2008, respectively. A new hearing before the USPTO is scheduled for July 26, 2014 at 10:30am ET.
